Dwayne J. Craig is a native Floridian. He grew up in a quiet, secluded community on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida.
Dwayne is an ordained elder of the Florida Annual Conference. He has pastored United Methodist congregations in the North Carolina, Florida, and Northern Illinois Annual Conferences. He has involved himself in local community matters ranging from HIV/AIDS, homelessness, poverty, education disparities, and youth empowerment programs by bridging his pastoral ministry with that of non-profit organizations. His involvement in local community matters has always been wedded to that of an eye on both national and global observations and the persistent root causes that undermine the flourishing of human life. He served as a delegate to the 18th World Methodist Conference in Brighton, England (2001), the World Methodist Evangelism Young Leaders Conference at St. Simons Island, Georgia (2004), and the 20th World Methodist Conference in Durban, South Africa (2011).

Kimberly is a native of Florida. She is originally from St. Petersburg, FL. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. She brings 25 years of office experience from the insurance industry and over 7 years of management experience with a span of control of over 15 employees in five different states.
Kimberly has extensive background serving in the United Methodist Church and local congregation as a children ministry coordinator in three churches, and after school resource center coordinator.
Kimberly enjoys exercising, the movies and going to the beach with her husband and children.
Scott Hall
Scott is from Berea, a city in Northeast Ohio located just outside of Cleveland. His family owned and operated a Ford dealership that had been started by his grandfather in 1924. After attending Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, Scott returned home to Berea to help manage the family business.

Scott is from Berea, a city in Northeast Ohio located just outside of Cleveland. His family owned and operated a Ford dealership that had been started by his grandfather in 1924. After attending Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, Scott returned home to Berea to help manage the family business.
After the sale of the dealership in 2008, Scott began residence in Winter Park before eventually moving to Naples in 2019.
Scott has been active in community affairs as a board member and president of two Chambers of Commerce, a member of Rotary Club, and has also been active in various trade organizations. His current activities include cycling, golf, and playing guitar.
Scott’s three daughters still live in Ohio, and he encourages them to visit whenever possible.

Dottie Jackson has been involved in music all of her life in singing and piano. Her mother was an extremely talented pianist who played with great passion. Her father pastored churches and the opportunities for singing solos, working with choirs and playing for church services were unlimited.

Dottie Jackson has been involved in music all of her life in singing and piano. Her mother was an extremely talented pianist who played with great passion. Her father pastored churches and the opportunities for singing solos, working with choirs and playing for church services were unlimited.
In 2010, she moved to Naples and in 2011 she became involved in doing music with the students at the New Beginnings Alternative School Program and is now the Director of Children's Music here at ENUMC. She also drives to New Beginnings Immokalee for the same reason each week and works with both schools to provide music at their monthly achievement ceremonies.
Additionally, Dottie Jackson is part of a duo with partner, Bruce Inman and they perform regularly at ENUMC with keyboards and vocals. This past year she began working for ENUMC with Early Learning as a music director and teacher. Again, she meets with the students weekly in a special time of singing and worshiping

Tony and Michelle Falco have been doing music together in various churches, bands, musicals, and other various musical venues for over 22 years. After relocating from Connecticut to Naples with their two boys back in 2014, they freelanced here in the Naples area, networking with many local area churches. Most recently, they were co-music directors at Mayflower UCC Church here in Naples, where they managed for 6-1/2 years, a combined service of hymns (pipe organ) and contemporary music with a group of singers ranging from 3 to 10, and a small contemporary band. They have also created many special services over the years for Christmas, Easter, concerts, etc. Michelle is a vocalist and has directed singers for over 12 years. She focuses on blending, syncopation, and dynamics within a group. Michelle also directed the Mayflower Bell Choir with music she created to allow the bell ringers to participate in a variety of contemporary songs. Tony is experienced at the piano, organ and synthesizer and manages band members, focusing on form and dynamics. Tony generates any required music sheets as needed. Tony also has extensive experience in technical Audio Visual (A/V) equipment including mixers, PA systems, lighting, and streaming. Tony also provides A/V services to several groups around town during the high season including Gulfshore Opera, Greater Naples Leadership (GNL) and Naples UCC. Tony and Michelle may also be seen working with the Seven Day Adventists musical praise team on various Saturdays during any given month.

He started as a restaurant menu programmer and worked his way up in the company as the Senior Product manager and Director of Support. Today, he works for Pelican Landing as the Web Administrator and IT Coordinator for the community center and all the residents of the community. His goal is to take the stress out from people, who are having trouble with Computers and TV devices.

As a member of ENUMC Don was an usher and answered the need for the church to stream our services to those members, who could not attend in person. Don has a BA in Visual and Performing Arts from U.M.B.C., he has a long and varied career as a performer which led him naturally to a second career in technical theater. He has been a production manager, videographer, lighting designer and stage manager for organizations and companies such as: Spanish River Concerts, Elmhurst School for Dance (Birmingham, UK) , Louisville Ballet, Boca Ballet Theatre, Sudbrook Arts Center In Md, Pennsylvania Regional Ballet, Brandon Ballet, and many others.
