Everybody has an idea about God - even those who claim they do not believe in God. But we seldom talk about our ideas and experiences about God.
Come and join us on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. -12:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. as we begin our Talking About God Series.
Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,
Hope everyone is doing well. The Bible in the book of Hebrews says:
Hebrews 10: 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
What do we mean by assembling?
To bring together or gather into one place, company, body, or whole. to put or fit together; put together the parts of:
1 Corinthians 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
We all are in need in these difficult times to assemble the family of God as one. We will meet again on Sundays as a group in January. The date for our first meeting would be January 10, 2021. The new study will be Villains of the Bible
The Bible is full of Villains none more infamous than Satan, but what about Cain, Pharaoh, and Haman just to mention a few. You may be surprised at the similar characteristics of true Villains.
We will meet in Elsey Hall after the first service. The maximum number permitted for proper social distancing is 20.
God bless
